Terms of Service

Last updated June 19, 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and K2K Soft, LLC (“JetChat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the JetChat website and services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Who Can Use JetChat

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using JetChat, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old.
  • If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
  • You are able to form a binding contract with us and are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

Your Account

To use certain features, you create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password secure and tell us right away if you suspect someone has accessed it without your permission.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

JetChat is a community for pilots, and it only works if everyone uses it responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, overburden, or attempt to break the Service or its security features.
  • Access the Service with bots or scrapers, or try to reach another user's account or any non-public part of our systems.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or use the AI assistant to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

Your Content and the License You Grant Us

You own the content you create on JetChat — your questions, posts, replies, notes, and uploads (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. This includes using Your Content, after it has been deidentified, to train and improve our AI, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not take a perpetual or sublicensable license beyond running the Service.

This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for deidentified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

The AI Assistant: Educational Use Only

JetChat's AI assistant is a study aid trained on aviation material. Its answers may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

You must independently verify everything the assistant tells you against current official regulations, your aircraft's documentation, and your operator's procedures before relying on it. JetChat is not a source of operational or regulatory authority and does not replace official training, a certificated flight instructor, your aviation medical examiner, or guidance from the FAA or your regulator.

You alone are responsible for the decisions you make as a pilot. Never rely on JetChat for a real-world aviation decision without confirming it through an authoritative source.

JetChat's Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by K2K Soft, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You receive no other rights, and you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

JetChat relies on and links to third-party services, including hosting providers and the large-language-model providers (such as Google and Anthropic) that power the assistant. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for them. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

Payments

JetChat is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans, we will present the additional terms and pricing before you buy, and those terms will apply alongside these Terms.

Assumption of Risk; Security and Data Breaches

We work hard to keep the Service and your data secure, but no website or online service is ever perfectly secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you use the Service entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, viruses, downtime, or any other security incident, or otherwise resulting from your use of the website or the products offered through it. You assume all risk of using the Service, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or its content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2K Soft, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K2K Soft, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Sections that by their nature should survive — including Your Content (as to deidentified data), the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law and arbitration — will remain in effect after termination.

Governing Law and Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, you and JetChat agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Florida. Arbitration will not be conducted in court.

You and JetChat waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Disputes must be brought in your or our individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any representative proceeding.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, let you know through the Service or by other reasonable means. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
